Pre-operation checks (must do)

Spending 3–5 minutes doing these checks before each operation can prevent 80% of common malfunctions.

Inspect the machine exterior, tracks/tires and major fasteners for cracks, looseness, or visible damage.

Check hydraulic oil, coolant and lubrication levels; ensure battery/electric motor shows no fault indicators..

Ensure attachments (bucket, breaker, etc.) are securely mounted and quick-coupler locks function correctly.

Startup & positioning

Rotate the main switch to turn the machine on.
