Complete Operation Procedure: Startup → Operation → Shutdown (Detailed Guide)

After receiving the goods

Maximum Protection During Transport

Strong wooden crates provide excellent shock resistance, reducing the risk of damage caused by bumps or stacking during long-distance shipping.

Moisture & Weather Resistant

Each crate is fully covered with a protective stretch film to prevent moisture, dust, and corrosion – ideal for sea freight and humid environments.

Stable and Safe Loading

Solid structure ensures better load stability, keeping machines securely fixed in place and preventing shifting or collision inside the crate.

Suitable for Global Logistics

Designed to meet international export packaging standards, making customs clearance smoother and ensuring safe arrival in overseas markets.

Professional and Trustworthy

Neat and reinforced packaging presents a more professional brand image and shows our commitment to product safety for every customer.

Pre-operation checks (must do)

Spending 3–5 minutes doing these checks before each operation can prevent 80% of common malfunctions.

01/

Inspect the machine exterior, tracks/tires and major fasteners for cracks, looseness, or visible damage.

02/

Check hydraulic oil, coolant and lubrication levels; ensure battery/electric motor shows no fault indicators..

03/

Confirm that hoses and wiring harnesses are properly wrapped and show no leaks or wear.

04/

Ensure attachments (bucket, breaker, etc.) are securely mounted and quick-coupler locks function correctly.

05/

Electric models: verify sufficient battery charge or that the built-in charger is connected. Diesel/gas models: check fuel and engine oil.

06/

Spend 3–5 minutes on these checks before each shift – it prevents most common faults.

Startup & positioning

1

Rotate the main switch to turn the machine on.

2

After inserting the key, rotate the key.

3

Rotate this button to adjust the rotation speed. The higher the rotation speed, the faster the running speed.

4

Light switch: After turning on the power, press the switch to turn on the light.

5

Remaining battery level display. Please pay close attention to the remaining battery level and charge your device promptly.
