Recently, a building materials factory reached out to Ant Cloud Intelligent Equipment with an interesting idea – they wanted a custom-built machine that could handle both ceramsite panel installation and partition wall lifting. So, our team got to work on developing a brand-new type of intelligent construction robot excavator. The goal? To create a smarter, safer way to move, position, and install wall panels – cutting down on heavy manual work and boosting efficiency on job sites.

During the first few meetings, the customer walked us through the features of their building boards and the challenges they face on-site. Manual handling and installation of partition boards has always been tough – slow, exhausting, and not exactly the safest job out there.

To tackle these problems, the Ant Cloud technical team quickly pulled together a dedicated R&D group and started working on a full technical plan, covering everything from structural design to hydraulic systems and motion modules for the attachments.

The new machine will feature an intelligent attachment system that can move side-to-side, making it easy to operate even in tight spaces. It’s designed to precisely grab, move, and position materials like ceramsite and lightweight wall panels – boosting accuracy while cutting down on manual labor in a big way

Thanks to its side-moving attachment system, this new model makes lifting and installing wall panels quicker, simpler, and way more precise. For Ant Cloud, this project is another big step forward in developing smarter, more automated construction machines that really make a difference on site.
