Recently, an industrial enterprise client from Guangzhou visited Ant Cloud Intelligent Equipment for exchange and discussion. They raised a highly challenging customization requirement: they wanted us to develop a demolition robot capable of operating in high-temperature kiln environments, equipped not only with an extended working arm but also with contact surfaces that could withstand extreme temperatures up to 700 degrees Celsius.
Faced with such a harsh and challenging construction environment with high temperatures and complex working conditions our General Manager Wang and the engineering team immediately sat down with the client for a deep dive into their actual needs. During the talk, it became clear what they were struggling with – high labor costs and, honestly, serious safety risks for workers. So our team started breaking the problem down from every angle: Which materials can survive temperatures that high? How do we make the structure stable without limiting mobility? What kind of hydraulic and cooling systems can keep the robot running safely inside a furnace environment? After reviewing real conditions and weighing different concepts, we quickly came up with a few solid technical solutions. That really boosted the client’s confidence – not only that the project can be done, but that we’re the right team to make it happen.
After reviewing our proposed solution, the client didn’t hesitate to show their confidence in us. They were genuinely impressed by Ant Cloud’s innovation and our hands-on experience in custom intelligent equipment. Our engineering team, in particular, received a lot of praise for their professional and practical approach.Right then and there, both sides agreed to move forward together – teaming up to bring this high-temperature demolition robot project from concept to reality.
For us, this cooperation is a solid reminder of what Ant Cloud is really good at – solving tough technical challenges and turning unique ideas into real-world equipment that works. It also shows that our journey in intelligent construction robots isn’t just talk – we’re moving forward, steadily and confidently. And we’re not stopping here. We’ll keep pushing innovation, refining our technology, and delivering equipment that’s smarter, safer, and genuinely helpful for customers who need reliable solutions on the job.
