
Charging steps
First
Open the charging port
Open the charging port. Each device has a waterproof cover for the charging port to prevent water from entering during rain or damp conditions, which could cause machine malfunction or charging failure.
Second
Plug in dedicated charger
First, connect the DC plug of the charger to the machine’s charging port,Use the dedicated charger provided with the machine. The charger supports 110V–240V, so you can safely use it almost anywhere in the world.
Third
Charger connected to power source
Next, plug the dedicated charger into a power outlet.Multiple plug options are available for charging, including US, European, and Australian standards. For special requirements, please contact us for customization.
Fourth
Observation indicator light
After both ends of the charger are connected, the two indicator lights will light up. A red light indicates that charging is in progress, and a green light indicates that charging is complete.
Fifth
Battery level display
While charging, the display shows the real-time battery level to remind you when charging is complete.
Sixth
Supports bidirectional fast charging
The charger supports fast charging. If you need to use it urgently, you can use two charging cables to increase the charging speed.
Charging Time Recommendation
Full charge: around 6–8 hours depending on battery capacity and remaining power.
Charging habit: charge after each use and try to keep the battery between 30%–80% for optimal lifespan.
For long-term storage: keep the battery around 50% and recharge once a month.
Important Notes
Charge in a dry, ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight or high humidity.
Do not charge immediately after use; let the machine cool down first.
Always use the original charger to prevent battery or circuit damage.
Avoid leaving the charger plugged in for too long after it’s full.
