Ⅰ.Check before starting the machineConduct the following checks before starting the engine.

Wipe off the working light lens surface and check them for normality. Check the coolant level, fuel level and oil level in the engine oil pan, air filter for blockage and damaged wires, etc. Adjust the driver seat to an easy handling position and check the seat belt or fixtures for damage or wear. Check whether the instrument is working properly, check the angle of the rearview mirror and whether the control lever is all in the middle position. Before starting the engine, check that the locking lever is in the locked position. Check that there are no personnel or obstacles above, below, or in the surrounding area of the machine.

Ⅱ.Notes required when starting the engine

When starting the machine, you must sit in the drivers seat. Do not start the engine by shorting the starter circuit, otherwise, it will cause serious personal accident or fire. Before k the engine as a warning. People other than the operator are not allowed.

Ⅲ.Note when starting the engine in cold weather

To warm up the machine operation thoroughly. If the machine is not operate thoroughly operated before the control lever, the machine will react slowly or suddenly change, resulting in an accident. If the battery electrolyte is frozen, do not charge the battery or start the engine with a different power supply, so that there will be the risk of the battery fire and explosion. Before charging or starting the engine with different power sources, dissolve the battery electrolyte, and check the battery electrolyte leakage before starting.

Ⅳ. Hardware operation Check before operation

When checked, move the machine to a wide area without obstacles and fully confirm the surrounding conditions. No one is allowed to approach the machine. Be sure to fasten your seat belt firmly. Check that the machine action is consistent with the display on the control mode card. If not, replace it immediately with the correct control mode card. Check the working condition of the machine, such as: bucket, bucket bar, boom, walking and rotary system, etc. Check the sound, vibration, heating, smell, or instrument for any leakage of oil or fuel. If any abnormality is found, the fault parts should be repaired immediately. Precautions

during machine forward / backward and rotation Make the sprocket behind the cab and walk. If the sprocket  is in front of the cab, the direction of the operating lever is exactly the opposite of the action of the machine (e. g. forward / backward and left and right steering), so beware.

Before marching, check the surrounding area again for no one and no obstacles. Before walking, sound your horn to warn the people in the surrounding area. The machine must be operated in the drivers seat. No one is allowed to ride the machine except the operator.

If there is an invisible area in the back of the machine, arrange a signalman. Pay special attention to turn the machine slowly to avoid collisions. Check whether the walking alarm device is working normally. The cab doors or windows, whether open or closed, shall be locked in place. At the dangerous operation site where flying objects invade the cab, the doors and Windows of the machine must be strictly closed. Even if the machine is equipped with a rearview mirror, but also must strictly follow the above precautions.

Ⅴ.Notes as noted in the operation

Do not operate the machine too quickly, start suddenly, stop suddenly, or turn suddenly. When walking on a flat ground, keep the working device to a height of 40 to 50 cm from the ground. When walking on uneven ground, walk at a low speed and do not suddenly turn to avoid the machine overturning. The working device will hit the ground and take the machine off balance or damage the machine or buildings in the area.Avoid walking on obstacles as much as possible. If the machine has to walk on obstacles, keep the working device close to the ground and walk at a low speed. The machine is more likely to overturn in the left and right directions than in the front and rear directions, so do notwalk on obstacles that will turn violently to the left or right. When operating, always keep a safe distance from people, buildings, or other machines to avoid contact with them. When operating in the height limit places in tunnels, within buildings, under bridges, and under wires, operate slowly, and pay special attention not to let the machine or working device touch anything.
