Today, Ant Cloud Intelligent Equipment held a new product seminar, bringing together employees from multiple departments, including production, R&D, and sales, for an in-depth discussion around product design and user experience.
During the discussion, the team shared a bunch of great ideas with the designers. Some suggested making the pedals non-slip and foldable for easier use, while others proposed adding a built-in charger to make recharging simpler and more convenient. Every suggestion came from the same place - a genuine desire to improve the customer experience and make the machine even better for the people who use it.
This meeting didn't just help fine-tune the details of product improvements - it also brought our teams closer together, strengthening communication and collaboration across departments.
